Default Ruth's One Week Challenge! 7/29/02-8/4/02

Hello Fellow SugarBusters!

Thought I would start a separate Thread for this weeks challenge. (hope thats ok with you Ruth)

MONDAY: and I am doing ok so far. Have had my two starchy carb servings and water before and after meals (also other times).

I don't usually have a starchy carb with supper. I like to have them early in the day. How is everyone else doing?

TUESDAY: I had Spelt Toast with Breakfast and Triscuits with my chicken Salad for lunch. So that took care of my 2 starchy carbs. Drank 100 0z of water today. So far so good!

WEDNESDAY:
made the challenge again today!!! The only starchy carb I had was my toast at breakfast. Just didn't want another serving of starchy carb today.

Did ok on the water too.

It is sooooo HOT here that it sure has curbed the old appetite.

THURSDAY:
My starchy carbs for today were an Ezekial Tortilla (made a breakfast burrito) and a Slice of Spelt Bread... pbj for lunch.

Really guzzled the h20 -- in addition to the glass before and after each meal I had another 32 oz of water and 64 oz of Peppermint Iced Tea... soooo hot today... heat index at 105º

If anyone else is doing the challenge please post Its lonely in here all by myself!

FRIDAY:
My two starchy carbs were toast ar breakfast and Triscuits with my Chicken Salad for Lunch --- water challenge going well!!
