Default Popcorn

Hi,
I just joined the message broad. So hello to all of you. I have just gone back to my food combining ways. I did this 10 years ago, on and off and well I am back now as it is the only think that worked for me.
I wanted to know where popcorn fits into the whole food combining way of eating? I like popcorn as a snack.
Also can one eat chickpeas and rice?? I am from egypt so I think alot of the food that we eat is good for food combining.
I hope someone can help
Thanks
Cleo

well it's a carb so don't eat it with protein and wait 3 hours after eating pop corn to eat the protein.

chick peas are starch and protein mixed in one, so not advised.
