Default Fish oil capsules

Why are you all taking these, anyway? Do they help with constipation? Any thoughts on that subject would be MOST helpful. Thanks

Dozens.

Many books have been written about it. The AHA has also recognized it's benefits (the first non-medical supplement).
Here are a couple of articles. A net search could have you reading for hours......

Thank you for the link for the Now omega-3 supplements zoneCoach.
I read 4 Zone books including Omega RX Zone. I love Barry Sears Work.
I've been trying to find a reasonbly priced High quality fish oil supplement.

Guess who lives and has a store really close to me?
Jeanne Rhysenburger

She does the Q & A Section for the Zone Perfect website?
She also teaches zone classes at her shop. I'm planning attending some of her classes sometime.

I just received an email today from a reputable fish oil mfgr who private labels for several companies. This was a quote: "Arkopharma's Health From The Sun - they are leaders in EFA nutrition"
Dr. Sears (Zone) recommends a minimum dosage of 2.5g per day. He further recommends a 2:1 ratio of EPA/DHA, however, few products fit his strict criteria. His (of course) does - searslabs.com or Oceanessentials Heart Health -

Hi,
Your link is dead by the way.
I received an e-mail from health from the sun about their fish oil. They attached 3 certificate analysis done by a lab. I believe their product is very good. Besides, it's much much cheaper. That will definitely be my choice. It's pharmaceutical grade also.

I suspect the product is of high quality based on correspondence I've rec'd from a Canadian manufacturer. If you wouldn't mind forwarding me the info you've rec'd, I'd love to add it to my files. Thanks! ********

If the information could benefit other readers, perhaps it could be copied into a post here??

I also fixed the link in ZoneCoach's message above, it should work fine now
