Bacon, cheddar cheese and coffee with cream and splenda. Never thought it would happen, but I'm a little tired of our eggs and sausage at work.

I threw a burger patty at 2 fried eggs that were slammed onto a salad with pickles and tomato. Then splashed blob gravy at the mess. It was good.

Following my usual Saturday fast, my usual morning cup of semi-bullet proof coffee and my Sunday morning weight in, I broke my fast this morning with 3 slices of thick cut hickory smoked bacon from the deli, a big fat Jimmy Dean spicy-hot pork sausage patty and 4 large eggs fried in all that yummy grease!
