Default Electrolyte drinks

Does anyone know of any LC electrolyte drinks? I work out pretty intensely 5-6 days a week and I am getting eletrolyte deficient. I like Shaklee performance but it has a lot of carbs. Or does anyone have a recipe for a LC electrolyte drink?

Cordain says that electrolytes do not need to be replaced until 12 hours of intense exercise (such as in an ultra run) with the important exception of sodium chloride. I don't like the sports drinks, either, and the lower carb ones don't have enough sodium chloride, so I just take a baggy of sea salt on my long runs. It's cheap and effective.

I work out at least 3 times a week and sweat enough to soak through the 4 layers of clothes I put on. I am starting to get cramps so I am deficient in something, most likely potassium or magnesium. I think what is happening is that I replenish the water but over time I am not consuming enough electrolytes except for salt to replenish what I lose on a long term basis.

Ultima Replenisher is a sugar free electrolyte drink. The raspberry flavor tastes pretty good. You just mix a scoop of it with a bottle of water....

Propel is nice. Also don;t forget to replenish sodium! I never worried about it (I eat tons of salty foods like cottage cheese, veggy deli meats, pickles, etc...). I ended needing an IV to replenish dangerously low sodium levels a few months ago....not fun! Now I take a sodium tablet on very intense days, esp in summer!
