Post Your Maximum Muscular Bodyweight and Measurements

Read an interesting article here. Don't know how acurate it is, but my guess is that it well be helpfull for guidelines. Sorry, but I believe this is for men only.

http://www.smartweighttraining.net/...easurements.htm

So given my height of 59", my wrist of 6" and ankle of 8.5" it calculates out to a max weight of 173 lbs at 8% bf. Means I would have to lose 21 lbs of bf and gain 27.43 lbs of muscle. Though I'm not sure I'll get that low in bf I do see that weight as being a good weight for me.

Here are my predicted max measurements:
Chest 46.01"
Biceps 15.83"
forarms 12.67"
neck 10.78"
thighs 24.73"
calfs 16.72"

Here are my current measurements:
Chest 38"
Biceps 13"
forarms 11"
neck 14" (wonder why my neck is so much larger?)
thighs 23.5"
calfs 15.5"

heavy head? J/K... my neck is the same size. 10" has got to be wrong that is way too small.

I just figured it out. I miscalculated it should be 15.65. Guess I don't have as many marbles up there as I thought.

MPS, So how do those formulas work out for you? Let me know your ankle, wrist and height and I'll figure it out if you want. I already created a spreadsheet.

I updated this message, I asked for neck, but needed ankle.

Neck = 15
Wrist = 7.6
Height = 6'

Bies = 15.9 (can I just round up... I'd feel better)
Calves = 15 (not genetically gifted)
Thighs = 21.5 (spent a lot of years being lazy)
Chest = 44

I'm a Virgo and enjoy long walks on the beach...

Thanks... wow. I guess my anal retentive attention to workout and diet has only yielded moderate results. I shall continue to work hard. In 20 years perhaps I'll reach these numbers... Damn that's big.

Interesting ... can't wait until I get home to see how much work I have to do to get to my max. Should be a humbling experience.

Yeah, I'd take these results with a grain of potassium, but it is interesting nonetheless.

Though I don't know which I'd rather find out, that I can't ever gain that much mass (my case) or that I've worked really hard and I'm not close to my maxes.

Also, if anyone is interested in seeing their results send me your ankle, wrist and height measurements and I'll send it as it doesn't take me long with the Excel spreadsheet I created. Send a reply to this thread if you don't care about me sending the info here, otherwise PM me and I'll PM the info back.

Well, I'll try out female numbers, but I belive that they were generated using information on male growth.

fridayeyes here are your numbers

weight 179.9280113

Chest 47.47722987
Biceps 15.7647928
forarms 12.61620727
neck 15.57893879
thighs 26.34548316
