Default Steak & Eggs

Anyone wants to start a Steak & Eggs challenge with me?

Steak is expensive I know, so I intend to mix it up, so some meals I may eat ground beef with eggs, or chicken etc.

Induction is going to be hard, so anyone out there wants to start this to support each other would be great

Day 2 of the challenge, had home made burgers.

Need to stop the diet coke habit again.

But feeling good, even though I had a bit of a bad news on the job front today.

I wish I would have caught this earlier, I totally would have done this with you. Are you still doing it? I stay ketogenic, under 20g of carbs a day so it would only take a few adjustments in my diet, but it would be a great clean week!

Hi, Middlemist. I'm not a steak-&-egger, but there are several folks on this forum who eat only meat, or meat with bits of other things.

This Zero Carb thread is a bit active:

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...60&page=1&pp=15

You could ask there for some carnivore company, if this thread stays too quiet.

Best wishes to you.

Hi, Middlemist. Good point about the war zone.

If no one comes to post here, you could start a new thread here in this sub-forum.

It's possible the word "steak", rings too expensive to get folks to post.

Various names attract different people. Meat & Eggs, Carnivore, Zero Carb. Ultra Low Carb?

Perhaps someone who eats this way will see this thread.

Best wishes to you for a really good day.

In for dirty steak and eggs. Most nights I have a ribeye, eggs, and broccoli for dinner. I like to eat other foods at work and when I'm out...restaurants are so stingy with meat.
