Hey y'all,

So I'm doing well on lc. I do wonder if y'all take any supplements? Also, I seem to get the spins around 2 each day. Not hunger. Just the spins? Anyone else have this? Thanks a lot.

Hi Chrissy, please tell me what you mean by "the spins." Do you mean you feel lightheaded?

I've never heard that expression but If you mean you are feeling dizzy, I recommend more salt. Drink a cup of beef broth and see if that helps!

I eat plenty of salt. Almost like vertigo. Just started when I began LC.

Have you had your blood pressure checked? It could be too low, that can cause dizzyness if you do something like stand up quickly. In such cases it could be you need to supplement with salt. I know you say you get plenty but this way of eating has a fairly strong diuretic effect so you purge a lot of water and that take salt and other minerals out of your system which can have an effect on blood pressure. Supplementing can take care of it in many instances. If it's blood pressure that's easy enough to confirm with a quick test.

No, it's not that. I already take lasix. BP fine. I'll talk with my Dr.
