I'm glad if I've helped..ty for the nice comment! Some days I snack, some days I don't. I list daily food logs (not always the amount of a food though) in my journal..best place to see what I'm eating
I am sure I'm eating more than you would want/need, since I'm at a higher weight than you, but I can tell I'm eating less as I lose..tummy/wants/needs are shrinking too
