Question Last 12 lbs question

I want to loose 12 more pounds to get me to 160 lbs. I need help. Can I still eat high fat eat under 10 g carbs and should I keep my protein low even though I work out ?

How many times and in how many ways are you going to ask the same questions?

Your stats do not show that you are 12 lbs away from 160. So your question is confusing from that viewpoint. did you mean 190?

Also, you said that you need to have skin removal surgery so this will effect your ability to lose any more weight until after the excess skin is gone.

I know I am just paranoid that I am making the wrong choices but I know they are correct ones. I know I will be on or lower than my goal weight if I take th skin off. It's just me being over cautious. Sorry I know I have to just continue the way I have been and I also know my body might not have more weight to give

I see what your saying but at the end of the day what I should remember is that I have got this far on what I have been doing so I must be doing it right. Just because I am at my last stubborn 12 lbs and slow pounds doesnot mean that I have to change things. I just need to keep it up and realise that my weight will bounce. I also need to realise that my body may already be at or under the weight I want. Which is a cert !! I do know all this deep down it's just sometimes I worry too much. Kinda what If. What I should be saying is just now " look your only jumping up and down a matter of half pounds ". I am sure that's a good thing. I will continue to do what I have been so far. Eating fats. Low carbs. Modist protein but not over my recommended amount and exercise 3 times a week for 50-60 mins. I know it will work but also accept that I don't need to loose more. I just want to get that bit extra off. The loser in me. Even though it should be maintainer
