I am not a big fan. I think the recipes on this site are excellent- and there are so many! I also really like the recipes that George Stella does.
One of the things I have tried to do is not use artificial foods, flavors, sweeteners. On the Heller's plans you can eat REAL food- and have the carbs for RM. I don't use LC foods at CM-
just protein and veggies.
