Default Breakfast?

Does anyone use breakfast as the RM? Is it more difficult to stay on track for lunch and dinner if you do?

slimmindy,

I am not, nor have I ever been, one to eat breakfast. Since this program is designed to be able to make it your own, may I suggest you try it and see how it works for you.

We are all so different and what works for one may not necessarily work for another. I hope you continue to ask questions and I am anxious to hear how you are making this plan work for you!

Good luck to you!

I do intend to give this a serious try. I'm trying to plan some menus so that I can start soon.

I am usually more hungry in the morning than at night so I figure adding in carbs in the morning will be more beneficial to me than at night. My goal is to eat mostly fruit, sweet potatoes, pumpkin.
I want to limit the breads and grains. I have found that they bloat me and that is very uncomfortable.

I also want to maximize on nutrients. As you can tell I have been giving a lot of thought to getting healthy.

hi-
there is another group (CA Friends on Yahoo groups) and there are people there who do breakfast RM so they cn have better control over the carbs. For me, I have done it a few times over the years so I can have brunch and eat carbs, but I really prefer evening. The one thing the Hellers recommend is not to switch around a lot.
