Since I'm now subscribed to this thread, I'm back this morning. Please take this as helpful advice. You have been trying to "re-start" low carb since March and then again April 17th but first didn't truly follow an induction plan, and now can't start because there is food in the refrigerator? You have a family, won't there always be food in the house that may not be low carb? Make it for them and and learn to adjust your meal as part of the family meal. And you don't have to restart with an egg fast, just restart by following a strict LC induction plan that helps you reduce hunger. Dr Eades has some good tips for "second Time Around" and restarting. Net down, the first time you did Atkins in 2009 you were fully committed and followed the plan exactly, now you "remember" the extras. https://proteinpower.com/drmike/201...w-carb-dieters/
Consider some serious goal-setting...you have some dates coming up that should lead you to commit to eating well. Atkins works the second time too, if you follow the plan, and "fasting" or just not being hungry all day, happens naturally as a result of the foods.
