My hat's off to those of you who food combine. Wow. I thought keeping track of my carbs was difficult, and watching calories very hard, but this takes the cake. I really hope that you get your meal plan all worked out and it works for you.

I'm feeling better about how easy it is for me to go to the fridge and grab lunch right now. Sounds strange I know, but your thread really helped me get perspective.

RC - yes, that is correct. No chicken+potatoes...but you could have chicken plus broccoli, or chicken plus cauliflower.

Protein in a mainly carbohydrate food, as long as no added fat, is fine.
