Default Shrimp Pizza

Mission Low Carb Whole Wheat tortillas
2-3 cups of freshly grated parmasan cheese
1 cup of spinach (drained)
2-3 cups of shrimp
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup of scallion
1 teaspoon of freshly minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
sliced black olives
mushrooms
cooking oil
1/2 cup of cooking white wine



Alfredo Sauce:

on low heat pour heavy cream in small sauce pan add butter, garlic and parmasan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.


Tortillas:

Heat about 1 inch deep of cooking oil in frying pan on medium-high heat. Fry tortillas on each side until brown..be careful because tortillas cook quickly.


Shrimp:

Sautee shrimps in sauce pan with scallions,white wine sauce , black pepper, and about 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt.


Preheat oven to 350. Lay fried tortillas on cooking sheet. take about 3 teaspoons of alfredo sauce and spread on each tortilla. Layer with spinach, black olives, mushrooms, and shrimps. Then cover each pizza with more shredded parmasan cheese.

Heat in oven until cheese is melted.
