i am back to FF-- i took an 8 day hiatus (debatable if it was worth it or not) while in disneyworld- but it is like taking a recovering alcoholic and dropping them into a frat party- the ice cream and french fries and and and and.......... and i probably ate them all.

BUT- back on the FF wagon. whew! just wish i wasn't so darn tired but that's what i get until i am detoxed again. i 'gained' 8 pounds. i have already relost 4. i can tell you this- it sure helps to have my routines! very easy to be good to myself when i can get up again do the LLC and HLW first off each morning......

stardust! keep taking steps forward!!!!

I'm back doing The Fat Flush Plan to get rid of an extra 20+ pounds and am wondering if anyone else on this board is currently doing Fat Flush? Would like to get a few people together for support and encouragement in this thread.

Lord I am already hungry and I have had a large breakfast and the protein COOKIES (made with whey an egg white and blueberries only nothing else)

That's why me and the Ff plan have trouble I am going to eat something else before church, of course I do not have any flax oil in the house perhaps I need to get me some, I will try some coconut oil for today

flaxseed oil makes a HUGE difference to me with hunger.......

and you can always have plenty more veggies.. when I cook eggs, I also toss in some jicama or spag squash..... peppers.... and I am under the impression that FF is fine with turkey sausage.. she just doesn't like pork.

it's possible the banana tipped off your sugars.....

I have found the key to doing FF is to always have something already cooked and in the fridge to snack on....... flaxseed crackers or spinach 'bread' or mashed cauli...... something like that.

good luck

Hi, Is anyone here doing the Smoothie Shakedown? I want to fit into a sexy costume for halloween and I remember how the pounds fell off me when I did Fat Flush so, I 'm guessing this would work alittle quicker.
