Default Yummy coffee treat

I made some mint flavored chocolate bark with CO the other day. Unfortunately I didn't add enough sweetener so it didn't taste too good on it's own but I decided to drop a square in my coffee and OMG it tasted sooo good. It's kinda like a slightly minty mocha flavor and it doesn't get the oil slick on top.

When I get around to buying more CO I'm going to try some other flavors.

(Forgot to add, I don't really enjoy coffee as much without this anymore.)

I've made CO bark too, and I just can't acquire a taste for it. But, I have discovered it is great in coffee. How did you make the mint ?? ok, obviously you added mint but like in an extract form ??
thanks !

Yes, please tell us how you did it! I LOVE mint and chocolate. It never occurred to me to try it in the coconut bark, then put it in coffee! Now that's clever! I'm not a big coffee drinker, but now I can't wait to try it!

I just added some of the liquid mint extract to the melted coconut oil. I think I probably used too much (about 1 tsp.) if I wanted to just eat it but melted in coffee it tastes really good.

You know?? About a year ago, the coffee/mint combo probably would've repulsed me But after trying this Peppermint flavored coffee from Millstone (I think that's the brand), I am absolutely in love. I just wish it would get colder around here so I could REALLY enjoy it!
