I am excited because I am really seeing improvement in my strength and flexibility with yoga. I can do all the moves now for the entire time and my flexibility is so much better!

Today:

15 minutes walk to gym
15 rowing machine
45 minutes multi circuit class

My legs are dying after this week, so I gave them a rest with only one workout. Tomorrow I am going to try and hit spin or do a walk/run with Sunday being a much needed REST DAY!

I was trying to be such a good person today! I got up early, got dressed, walked down to the gym to go to spin and the class was full! So I had to walk right back and then I ate Banta pancakes instead.

So, I guess this is a cosmic hint for me to take a day off. I had my 20 minute walk to and from the gym and that's it. Back on tomorrow.

15 walk to and from the gym
Multi Circuit class (1 hour)

I just about died today in pain after a week hiatus and tons of carbage. I think I was subconciously punishing myself for falling off track. I do notice SUCH a big difference in my activity levels though from what I eat.

Now i just need to learn that food is fuel - and donuts are acid!

Damn I am so sore today. I am upstairs in my office, and hungry, and afraid I might fall down the stairs, so instead I sit nicely upstairs with water. ha ha

Went for a walk today to loosen up my legs, to no avail. But at least I got back out there. 1 hour walk!
