I was wanting something sweet one night but I didn't want just a low carb bar and I didn't have one of those Pure Delight chocolates that usually cure my cravings so I came up with this idea......
I took a low carb bar one that has toffee flavor in it and I spread a tbsp of Peanut Butter on it and cut it up into pieces. The P.B. gave the bar a little creamier texture and smoother taste and only added 3 more carbs for a total of 5.5!!!!!
