Default High fat food + low protein - nuts

Hello there!

My protein % is up a bit and I need to add in more fat.
What foods/recipes do you all suggest that are
not nuts or dairy or protein.

I need more fat people! haha
I guess i'm relating getting fat from meat, but I need it in other areas...

1. avocado
2. olives or marinated artichoke hearts
3. tomatoes broiled with pesto (pesto does not need parm!)
4. coconut oil bark

btw aren't you adding fat your meat by cooking it in oil or butter? using salad dressing, etc?

You can powder up dried, unsweetened coconut in a coffee grinder and pour it into some coconut oil. Quite tasty, very low carb, high fat and low protein.

Robin, Yes, but I don't think I'm using enough because My ratios are

Fat/Protein/Carb
64/30/5 is where I am right now and I'm wanting Fat:70 Protein: 20-25 Carbs: 5-10

Love your suggestions! and Nancy too!
