Seems you are the only person on here besides me! You welcomed me when I joined and introduced myself so thank you.
I eat very similarly to you. I do have a small portion of porridge first thing but strictly lowcarb veg with protein ie chicken fish lamb pork cheese eggs by way of protein. I roast my veg or stir fry and use virgin olive oil or coconut oil. I get the munchies though in the evenings sometimes.

Sounds good. You mention "porridge" and "lowcarb veg" please do us a favor and list these out for analysis - trying to figure out where 50 carbs would come from - are you counting the fiber as well?
