Personally, my breakfast has been egg beaters with a little cheese and 2 slices of canadian bacon.

You can eat anything you want. Dinner...it's not just for dinner anymore!

I happen to like eggs so I have them a lot, but also I like cottage cheese and eat that often as well. I am not adverse to having a left-over chicken breast from dinner, either.

Whatever floats your boat...if you hate eggs, you can eat something, anything else from the lists. It does not have to be a traditional breakfast food.

Good Luck!

Nan

I make deviled eggs (2 eggs) mash the yolks with 1/2t Dijon mustard and 1T mayo and dill-actually a seasoning called "It's a Dilly" by McCormick, its a blend of dill, lemon and spices-salt free-and I pretty much use it on everything!
anyway, I make them ahead and stuff the 2 halves back together.
Very portable to work and eat them at my desk.

I'm on phase 2 and have 1/2c cooked Scottish steel cut oatmeal made with 2% low carb milk & water once or twice a week.

Once in a while 1 slice of 100% whole grain toast with scrambled eggs and canadian bacon. Been avoiding butter and using a little Smart Balance Spread, it is not hydrogenated and doesn't taste bad. Not as good as butter but not a bad alternative, my BF can't do dairy so we use this instead.

I happen to love bacon and eggs. (it's what I grew up with!)

So that's a natural for me.

Most mornings I'll have some form of eggs, bacon and 1/2 of an Atkins bagel with cream cheese. (1/2 Atk bagel is 4 grams)

My wife doesn't like eggs, so she usually has bacon, one slice of Orowheat Toast (5 grams), with butter, and coffee with splenda.

If you like Pizza for breakfast.......
