Whey protein tastes MUCH better in my opinion.

If you're interested, here's an old thread about the subject. Personally, I tried to read through the article it links to & my eyes started to blur from too much information

Soy vs. Whey

I personally like the whey-- not a big fan of anything soy-flavored.

Depends what you do with it. I use soy to make little 0 carb pancakes. Whey may be better in shakes.

Default Thank you thank you thank you!!

I got some of the Soy protein the other day. It is kind of gritty. So I am mixing it with another powder shake mix. I will have to pick up the Whey protein and see how that is. Thank you all for your input!

When I read about soy being able to slow down your metabolism I threw out everything I could find with soy from my cupboard. Do not want to take the risk...
