Some feedback on journal, pretty please??

Hi there,

I've started a journal and I'm still a little shakey with CALP. The weight isn't exactly coming off (up 2 pounds since Sat) but I'm attributing it to the ajustment period of switching from Atkinds to CALP. Could someone take a look at my journal and give me some feedback on how it looks to you? It's under the T called Tam's Journal.
