Carbs/Cals, finding your ccl and thyroid
I posted this in my journal....but thought I would post here too so I can get some input from maintainers:

Also, there seems to be a pattern developing with the carbs. All but one time after having 45+ carbs I was either up or stood still the next day. This happened 9 times this month.
Three times both occurred on the same day and I was up all three. One of those days was Wednesday and I was 154 yesterday/Thursday.
I went into this search looking at the plums thinking they might be the problem. But of the three days I ate them I only gained on two, one was 45+ carbs and the other was 45+ carbs and 1500+ cals.
SO today is an experiment day! Less than 45 carbs and no more than 1500 cals AND eating a plum.
AND I may have finally found my ccl! I'll be disappointed if it's this low. Was hoping for 50-60 for my ccl and 60-70 for my ccm. I wonder how this plays out with the thyroid concern? What is supposed to be a healthy carb count as far as the thyroid is concerned? Is 50 too low? I'm figuring if my ccl is 45 then my ccm will likely be 50-55? Does that seem right? I think I may post about this over in the pre/maintenance forum.

If you have time I would appreciate a look see at my My Plan as well....am I missing something? Am I on track with my observations? Would you agree with my conclusions?
Thanks, guys!
