Mix together:
8oz softened cream cheese, beat 1st until creamy (8g carbs)
1 can ready to drink Atkins Vanilla Shake (1g carbs)
Then add:
1 small package sugar free vanilla pudding (8g carbs)
Beat together until smooth & chill or use as frosting. 17g carbs for the whole batch. Can be made w/ chocolate shake & chocolate pudding for a rich chocolate dessert/icing. Would also be good if made w/ vanilla shake & white chocolate pudding. I hope someone else enjoys it as much as I did.

I made this tonight. I could taste the shake a little to strongly. I also wasn't used to the sweetness either. The kids are loving it though and chowing down
