My #1 goal for this way of eating IS to ovulate and conceive so *fingers crossed* this definitely gives me hope! (i have no children, 30, been trying 4 years).

I think you really need to take a hard look at how much food your really eating. I did weight watchers years ago with four friends who were 100 plus pounds over weight. Two of them insisted they didn,t eat much. Once they started journalling and doing it right( you have to write down every single bight that goes in your mouth because you body does count it) they both found out they were eating over a thousand cals per day than they though they were. They were both shocked and finding that out about that has changed both of thier lives for the better. Never thinking about food and only eating one meal a day really does mean that one meal is the only time anything with cals cross,s your lips.
