Default yoghurt

im really craving yoghurt !!!


tried greek natural yoghurt with fresh berries but it was horrid - tasted like gone off milk

has anyone found any lowish carb yoghurts or got any suggestions ??

You could add some sugarfree syrup or splenda and put it in the freezer for a while to make it more like icecream if you dont like the 'natural' taste.
I just had some frozen greek yogurt with a few chopped strawberries in it and it was delish!
