Default three words: peanut butter cups

You guys, i'm exhausted from my day, but i cant resist tempting you with this....

I MADE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

from scratch. it took mmm about freaking 15 minutes and they were delicious, when i say i could make a business out of these things i'm not joking, my boyfriend's 20 yr old non-low carbing brother even thought they were to die for.

i'll tell you the ingredients, but i cant tell you the exact measurements bc i didnt measure anything. i just kind of eyeballed it.

whipping cream

butter

splenda (of course)

unsweetened bakers chocolate

cupcake paper cup thingies

stirred about half of the medium sized container of whipping cream

added in a pat at a time, half a stick of butter

dusted in slowly a cup of splenda

when it came to a slight boil i removed it from the heat, and stirred in the chocolate bars, three to be exact....slowly lots of stirring

when it became nice and thick and delicious, i spooned it into the cup cake cups, then my "assistant" spooned in small teaspoons of melted peanut butter, and then i put more chocolate over each layer,........ala peanut butter cup style. Reeses has NOTHING on me.

then, i put the pan of about a dozen and a half PB cups in the freezer for about 30 minutes, i'm sure they were done before that, but i was eating dinner....

served chilled taken out of the cup cake cups, VERY PB cup looking with the ridges and all....and even addded a DOLLUP of cool whip. NAUGH-TY!!!

But i have to tell you all, we were literally on the way to cheesecake factory when we calmed ourselves down ( a first) and decided to do things the "right" way.

this is not a norm for me, but i rather have this than bing on a cake or banana split (bing is a bad word, endulge is better bc without the sugar low i dont bing on anything low carb), i'd take this, so i dont get the morning after guilt, bloating or that getting back on the wagon BS.

so proud of myself.....ask me any Qs. I know that recipe isnt exact but it was EXCELLENT. 135 here i come. 148 your getting old,.....and fast.
