Hello everyone. I changing my diet to more vegetarian. I will continue to eat dairy, chicken, and fish. I am mostly eliminating red meat and all pork. I am also making a gradual change to more raw foods rather than cooked foods. I just find my body does better with raw vegetarian foods than anything else.

I am really glad to find this site. I am hoping to learn more here. My boyfriend is vegetarian and that will help as well.

Where can I find good recipes for vegetarian eating?

April

Thanks Annie. I am finding some veggie friendly sites. I am also reading the book Insulin Resistant Diet. I seems to be a variance of Atkins but allows more carbs. So far, I have lost an additional six pounds following it.
