Default Annual Check up!!

I just wanted to share with all of you. I went to my annual check up today. I have a sonogram once a year to keep an eye on a cyst I had developed.
Well, the doctor says that it's gone. Gone? Yep Gone!
I was so happy to hear that. The doctor was very happy to see how much weight I've lost. I was 248 last year when I went to see her. I've lost 47lbs since May 17th. I think LC has helped a great deal. I am exercising and eating great! I just have to go get a mamogram done not happy about that.

Congratulations 4bidden. Are they symptoms of your cyst better now?
I had an excited phone call from my doctor yesterday to tell me my insulin resistance is reversing. She was a sceptic. I think she's more excited than me

Thanks everyone.
Yes Ninnin, the symptoms are way better. Less pain on the right side where the cyst was growing. It was very hard for me the past two sonograms had shown an increase in size and after starting LC in May I went to get this last sonogram done and it was gone. I have felt so much better since LCing. I used to have so many problems with my period, my stomach...I could not eat any type of food that was fried, I would get ill. Eggs would totally destroy me. I do eggs everyday now and discoverd that it was not the fried foods, but the carbs. I am much happier and feel so much healthier.
