Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Started SBD on the 16th and will be transitioning to PII in a few days. PI has been smooth so far. Did have a killer headache on days 2 & 3, but that was Coke withdrawl not eating related.

Look forward to sharing this journey with y'all.

Welcome Lyndee! Good luck with your transition to Phase 2. Just remember to go slowly and add things back a little at time.

Welcome!!

Its always great to have a newbie join us!
I wish you a great journey down the scale.
This is a great way to eat for life and knowing this has enabled me to not regain my weight for the first time.
Char, is right....go very slowly in phase II...ask questions....just add 1 fruit a day your first week as the book has us going way too quickly.

Good Luck!

Hey Charran, Judy, and Brandy!

Thanks for the welcome... and the warnings on transition. I actually found this board by doing a search for transitioning. I landed on the "How did YOU transition to PII" thread. I saw your tips there, Judy, and took notes!

I'm optimistic that this will work and will become a permanent change rather than a diet. Perimenopause has nabbed me, so I know that I have to find a long term solution rather than a quick fix.
