I'm another fan of the deep dish quiche. The nut/flax/cheese crusts seem to sit like a brick in my stomach- I love all those things to have a "bread" but not as pizza base.
I really like a Portobello or a bell pepper half filled with sauce, cheese, and toppings/spices. I'm a turkey pepperoni, onion, spinach, parmesan and crushed red pepper girl, myself.
