Can cheesecake bake in a bundt pan?

HEY all you seasoned bakers out there ... I want to bake a cheesecake in a "*cascade" bundt pan. It holds 12 cups of batter. Does cheesecake have the body to hold a bundt shape?

*A cascade bundt is tall, shaped like a pointy mountain with foothills, sort of. If everyone already knows what a cascade bundt is, sorry! I don't usually bake, so this is ALL new to me. =D
