you and my dh will get on so well he is a complet mare when it comes to food he wont eat salad tomatoes have seeds onions crunch and have veins, cuecumber is blarccck and the only veg he will touch is carrots and sprouts he say broccli tastes tiny ( I thought sprouts did??)
God he is such a fussy eater and it is so hard with this diet to be honest I dont think he will be on it much longer, hes tried but he can vary things with being so fussy so i rekon this time next week its back to low fat high carb for him!!

my husband had a blue steak once, cooked for 5 seconds on each side. It wasn't even warm. Being male and big and tough he said it was nice but hes never had it since i'll tell you.
