I guess I should flip through my journal, but offhand I guess most people would think eating meat sauce over green beans or zucchini instead of pasta was pretty weird. Also I like to mix cottage cheese, peanut butter and s-f jelly for a pb&j in a bowl.

Pickles, peanut butter and bacon. I sprinkled cayenne on the peanut butter too!

It was a strange day...

Cool

i had hot dogs and sugar free jello for breakfast once. i agree that we low-carbers DO eat weird food combo's. A little peanut butter on cheese is pretty good, too!

My mother always ate bacon and peanut butter sandwiches--also peanut butter and raw onion--I don't think I have ever heard of anyone else eating that.

As for me, people seem to think my breakfast of chili without beans, sour cream, and bacon is pretty strange.

I think the strangest was the mock pancakes-though so good! And, pork rinds dipped into sour cream...my daughter liked that too-(now that's weird). Or cream cheese on scrambled eggs. Or eating spaghetti sauce on ground beef with nothing else-(not that strange but most people would say, where's the pasta). That's all I can think of...

I make a dish I call gloop. It's a cup of ground turkey, with cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing and Yumm! Sauce and a couple of lettuce leaves. Sometimes I will also add some scrambled egg.

Last night I took some shredded chicken and added salsa, sour cream and Yumm! Sauce. With a little shredded cheese on a low carb tortilla...delicious!

Pork rind french toast.

Many non LCers think pork rinds with anything is odd

This almost sounds like a thread about pregnancy cravings!

Even before low-carbing, I always liked peanut butter with cheese. I saw someone eat a slice of pickle with a slice of cheese wrapped around so I tried that and like it too.

Peanut butter and bacon.....YUMMY!! Used to have that as a kid all the time. In fact, when we used to go the states for groceries when I was a kid....we used to be able to buy peanut butter that already had bacon bits in it....it was so good. Don't think they make that anymore...but can't say for sure.....maybe someone who lives in the US has seen it? We were never able to find it here in Canada.

I've never seen that product in Ontario. Sounds like something Elvis would eat!

I knew kids that ate peanut butter/banana sandwiches...yikes!

I have wrapped a slice of cheese around a tomato. Hmm...also, let me add...chicken omelet.

I'm not for peanut butter, but I may have to try the peanut butter bacon sandwich. I think bacon flavored would be the only way I would eat peanut butter-LOL!

I came up with a new one last week. I put a fourth cup pecans on the George Foreman grill, then topped it with 1 0z mozorella and closed it up and let it melt. It got toasty on top and bottom. Delicious!

Yesterday I tried the peanut butter with bacon mixed in. And I had two boiled eggs and I dipped them into the peanut butter/bacon mixture. I actually liked the taste of the egg that way-weird. But later, it didn't sit too well with my stomach. So, won't be doing that again...of course, me and peanut butter aren't friends anyway-LOL!
