I added grated garlic and cumin to one. That was good. I did a couple that were sweet - with maple syrup and brown sugar - and those come out the best (for my taste buds). I did one called 'cabinet dump' where I took spices that were older than 6 months and were not getting used - and put them into a rub and used that. That was very good also.

Now I am migrating over to Paleo and watching my calories so I have not been eating pork belly lately. Have not made any lately. My frig is too full of veggies right now to be curing meat.
