Hello all , I am new to low carbing 4 days ago and new to this site yesturday Thank You all for this site and your quick responses on all this. I read so much yesterday about fit day so i went right there to try it so thanks again for that it was great. I just did the quick profile yesterday but now i wish i had of done the other so i could put all my info in but i can't figure out how to change it . Anyone know if I can?

Hi there, welcome. You're talking about the fitday.com profile, right? Yes, you can edit that: just click "home" on the toolbar to the left of the screen.

LMAO ok now it does sound like that is the profile i am talking about but no it is the atkins site profile i want to change at can't seem to . Can you help?

Yes the Quick Profile is just to enter the basic required info for registration. To update and make any changes you wish, just click on the icon near the top of the page, this will take you to your User control panel. From there, select the Profile tab to change information about yourself, or ... select the Options tab to change your settings for using the forum tools.
