Although it says sugar free, but you should check that it also says "carbohydrates-free"...

Did you check any sweeteners included in the syrup like Maltose, Fructose, Sucorse, Sorbitol? These are high in carbohydrates too.

Or perhaps you could call the manufacturer regarding carbohydrate content?

sorry, it's not in my book either. I assume that you checked the carb counter at the top of the website on the red-orange bar already. My book just says low-calorie syrup and it lists 3 grm carb per TBS. It says that it has 12 calories.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it in stores here (Walmart maybe), but I never bought it so I think it's kind of high carb. I think it might be made with fructose. Next time I see it I'll check.

I saw some that ED Smith makes. It is made with fruit juices and it is sweetened with sucralose. I have one of the jams that they also have out. I give it to the kids I hate them to have too much sugar.
Here are the ingredients:Red & Black raspberries,water,cocentrated fruit juices(apple,lemon)Fruit pectin,locust bean gum, flavour,sucralose,sodium benzoate(to ensure freshness)

Nutritional values:
Energy:10 calories/tbsp
Protien:0.1g
fat:0g
carbohydrates:2.4g
sugars:1.7g
sucralose:3.9mg

I will have to check out the syrup.

Use the Hidden Carbs Inspector in Low Carb Tools in the orange bar at the top of the page to calculate the carb count and tell us what you've come up with. It's the only way to know for sure instead of speculating on it.
