Unhappy Struggling to get back - anyone else???

Hello! I have been struggling for about a month now to get back on program. I start ever day and then by the end or the next day, I"m back on carbs. I don't know where my will power went!!!!!

I know what you mean. For me it started around Halloween. I loaded up with low carb chocolate bars to stave off cravings for the real stuff and now I'm addicted to those and eating way too many each day. Today I've told myself that I am going to resist and just try it ONE DAY AT A TIME. I want to regain my self control because I'm really stalled in my weightloss and I know its my own fault.

Hi,
Just started back three days ago...I reached my goal (140) then decided to try weight watchers and gained 9 pounds. I feel much better when I LC.

I struggle too. I'll do fine for a week and then... binge eat carbs for three days straight. It's sooo hard to stop myself once I start. LOL.
