Winter, winter, winter. -9F this morning and still too much snow and ice on the ground. I have to figure out how I am going to manage my walking. At the moment I have an extreme aversion to Leslie Sansone. I want to be back outside.

So far these frigid winter temperatures and bad walking conditions are defeating me but since there seems to be no end in sight I have decided to bite the bullet and walk with Leslie Sansone. I pulled her out of the closet last night and I guess she will be a permanent guest for a while.

Just so I won't appear as too much of a wuss by frigid temperatures I means below 0 degrees F every morning and in the single digits as the high each day. This morning it is -3 and my reaction is "not too bad". Tonight the predicted low is -11F with a wind advisory with wind chills as low as -25F. This too shall pass.

I was cold walking tonight, it was down to 61. I don't think San Diego stays cold long enough to adjust. I see people with mittens and ski caps on.

Below 0 makes me feel very weird I start coughing a lot. You're not a wimp at all your SMART!
