It is 0 carbs for a serving, which is probably about a teaspoon. In LC Tools, there is also a carb counter if you look at the measurement for a larger quantity, you will see that there are indeed carbs in horseradish.
There is a thread in the Newbies Questions called Hot Links! that has a link called - Cheese, Canadian and American Labeling Laws which explains why something with carbs can have a count of 0 on a label. It's a common, and I think, very misleading practice.
How long have you been stuck at 220? Plateaus are common and give your body and mind a chance to regroup. Other things have hidden carbs - low carb bars for example. Other things can stall you - nuts, dairy, processed meats, artificial sweeteners, overeating, not eating enough calories from fat...
It is good that you are searching for answers though, with this WOE, knowledge is power.
