Great! I hope it turns out tasty. It's something I will definitely make again. My only regret is that the nearest TJ's is about 2 hours from where I live, and I only purchased one bag.

I will be having a chicken salad with mixed greens, applewood bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, fresh tomato slices, avocado, and a hard-boiled egg. Looking forward to it.

Korean steak (taco) salad!

We went out to a local restaurant today for lunch, and I thought this dish was super tasty. It was originally meant to be eaten in taco form, but they gave the option of making it a salad instead with a cabbage and lettuce base. I liked it so much I'll probably try to recreate it at home this exact way. The ingredients are:

bulgogi steak, shredded cabbage and lettuce, ssamjang mayo, sesame seeds, cucumber kimchi, Chihuahua cheese, sliced roasted poblano, julienne carrots, and cilantro

Taco salad looks AWESOME!

I made kind of the same thing as last week, kind of like a shiritaki noodle caserole in a bowl ha! We call it "hot dish" in these here parts...
