Grilled steaks with sauted mushrooms covered in "crawfish gravy". YUM! It's not really a gravy but it's fun to call it that! HAHA!

I'm moving toward primal/paleo so made a stew with yukon gold potato, baby carrots, chicken gizzards and Newman's Own Sockarooni spaghetti sauce, pressure cooked in my Instant Pot. It was delicious although I know some of you may think it's offal.

Last night: Toppings off 1 sausage pizza (attended a kids pizza party), 3 deli buffalo chicken and cheese roll ups, and macadamia nuts

Tonight will be baked chicken wings and roasted veggies

Then I had pistachio halo top for dessert, because my husband hadn't seen that flavor and wanted a nice surprise for me

I did a savory pork roast in the crock pot that braised on low for 12 hours. It's amazing. Flavors that I haven't had in a long time. With that we had a head of cabbage sautéed in butter.
