Default To eat...Or Not To Eat... THAT is the question!

OMAD has been working fairly well! Happy with it . Hit a slow down, so opted to NOT stuff myself full until I feel likie I have binged. Cut back my portions at yesterdays meal....BUT Im really really hungry today. It comes and goes. Usually it goes and stays gone!

What is happening??? Will eat eating CO help or hurt? I mean: help the hunger but slow the weight loss.

Yesterday----
Mon bw 235 at 6:30, will see if changes later... 10:30 235
1;30 -2:15 med steak w/ mayo/ mustard, 3-4 oz mozarella w/ scallions and jalapeno, kale smoothie, no apple.

Did the kale smoothie have too many carbs???

I'm back to OMAD too! Was steadily losing with that and I stopped and the weight came back on very quickly. So I say, if you start it, stick with it. Just my two cents.

You eat only one meal a day? I know on Atkins you should eat no less than 3 meals a day at the least. Eating one meal a day your body from what I have understood over the many years puts your body in starvation mode. You are going to hit quite a few spells where you will stop loosing weight and stand still. During them times you more likely are loosing inches.

This is my second time around doing Atkins but this time I know its a lifestyle change. I have hit many stalls along the way but notice my clothes fitting looser during those times. Have even gained a lbs or 2 back to loose it again but I know mainly those times were water weight I was hanging on to.

Dont give up keep eating right even if you see no changes. It will eventually come and or you can maintain.
