First day off cigarrettes. I am bouncing from, " I feel good, this is going well" to " Why am I doing this again????" lol.
Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Just remember, it only takes up to 3 days for the nicotine to leave your body.
After that there is no more addiction and no more PHYSICAL cravings.

whenever you get a craving take your mind off it by doing something else - read a book, go for a walk, build a puzzle .... anything - just don't eat.
