This is from another hero of mine Joseph Horrigan..he has a clinic called the Soft Tissue Center.

He goes over what excercises cause the most injury and how to properly perform excercises to avoid injury in the first place..

And he dispells lots of myths regarding training and execution. You Swiss Ballers may not be happy
