Treadmill - 68 minutes 52 seconds = 5 Miles
I was ready to stop before I made a mile; I slowed down the treadmill at .80 and said, "I can't do this, I'm not in the mood" then I increased the speed a little and kept going, now I feel GREAT!!

I went for a quick bike ride w/DH - 2.5 Miles.
I think I'm going to take the day off from the treadmill - my DH says it would be a good idea for me to give my legs a rest. He's probably right; I just hope I make it through the day without any problems of eating the wrong stuff.
