Default Glaucoma

I've known for years that I'm at risk for glaucoma, and according to the eye doc, my risk factors are now getting bad. In other words, I don't have glaucoma yet, but it's just a matter of time.

As far as I know, it's hereditary and there is no dietary link, but I thought I'd ask here - just in case. If anyone knows of nutritional helps to delay or cure the onset of glaucoma, I'm all ears.
