Keep going guys it's worth it!!
I quit smoking 3 years ago (I had 2 strokes at 32).
I had help because I was in the hospital for 2 months but there were plenty of people hobbling outside to light up dragging their IV's behind them!!
I really enjoyed smoking and always wondered what people did with themselves if they didn't smoke. I smoked for 17 years. Started at 14!
I look at people smoking now and wonder how I DID smoke!
I had a couple puffs about a 2 years ago at a bar (drinking and smoking go hand in hand)
And it was just nasty.
My husband smokes, not in the house, and it's really annoying. He can't sit someplace for more then 2 hours without having a nic fit.
I still get the urge once in a while but it's a comfort thing.
If your trying to quit keep it up!
Not smoking is awesome!
